Donor Wall: St. Thomas More Church
A wood-framed donor wall recognizing the families whose generosity powered the Believe Campaign — building St. Thomas More's parish hall, offices, kitchen, and classrooms, and honoring the parish's founding pastor.
Project story
Donor Wall Description
For St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Irvine, California, B&D created a warm, wood-framed donor wall that gives the parish's Believe Campaign a permanent home. A cluster of individually framed panels surrounds a central gold-script “Believe” sign, with a circular STM monogram medallion anchoring the composition and tying the display to the parish's identity.
The panels work together as one story: a heartfelt thank-you to the families whose leadership gifts made the campaign possible, a tribute to the parish's founding pastor, recognition of the campaign committee, and long engraved name panels honoring the full community of donors — designed to be read up close and to stand as a lasting record.
Honoring the Believe Campaign
The Believe Campaign — begun in November 2005 and completed in November 2009 — built the parish hall, offices, kitchen, and classrooms, giving the St. Thomas More community a place to gather, learn, and grow together. The donor wall permanently thanks the families and supporters who made that vision real.
A dedicated panel remembers the parish's founding pastor, Reverend John Janze, keeping the campaign's leadership and the parish's roots part of the story visitors see every day.
